Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days before will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip.

Limitation of Liability

Epic Road Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
